New release: Plan-IT Workshop version 7.191.4399 available

Changes / Additions

• ExportXML: Added the option to see who is responsible for paying for the replacement transport.
• In the DBB integration, Plan-IT Werkplaats now also includes the Plan-IT user, so it is visible in DBB which user entered the appointment from Plan-IT.
• Rooster.exe now has the option to process data only outside working hours (and on weekends) to minimise disruption for Plan-IT Werkplaats users during working hours (this will make the task take longer).
• Export.exe now also exports the receptionist for the work order.
• Enabled the option to give work orders with a deadline a border with a user-chosen colour.
• Added the ability to set a standard text size per user (for users who have difficulty reading text in Plan-IT Werkplaats).
• Action board added: You can now quickly view work orders scheduled in the future (up to 30 days ahead) that are already marked as present (to quickly fill up gaps with other work).
• Added tabs on the bulletin board for better organisation when there are many work orders displayed.
• It is now possible to drag and resize reservations.
• You can now give the border of a replacement transport work order a user-chosen colour.
• Additional security added when moving replacement transport that is marked as ‘on the road’ or ‘returned’.
• Enabled the option to suppress replacement transport from the selection list within the work order.

Integrations

• Wincar API: Only work orders that have not been invoiced are now retrieved in the import list.
• Wincar API: A feature has been added to search by work order number in Wincar, even if the work order does not meet the scheduling conditions.
• Wincar API: Wincar authentication now accepts both 200 and 201 responses as OK.
• Keyloop API: Now looks further into the past with the ‘All days’ option so that work orders with a customer start date that has already passed are also shown in the import list.
• Autoline ODBC integration: Plan-IT now always tries to retrieve the driver’s mobile number (even if not selected in the work order itself).
• Autoline ODBC integration: The work order integration now looks back 10 minutes instead of 5 minutes to ensure no work orders are missed.
• Autoline ODBC integration: For the statuses ‘Present’ and ‘Picked up’, the task now looks further back in time to ensure no statuses are missed.
• Added integration with Autowasbon.

Fixes

• Fix: It is now possible to import work order XML files that contain special characters in the filename.
• Fix: When creating a new user, all options can now be entered immediately.
• Fix: Special characters in the customer or car type name are now displayed correctly on the schedule.
• Fix: When the Rentwise XML email option is enabled, it is now also possible to select no Rentwise car, and Plan-IT will send the normal replacement transport email to a custom email address.
• Fix: When a VPS work order is moved to a day when the second technician is off, a message will now appear stating that the move is not possible.
• Fix: For VPS work orders that span multiple days, the second technician’s online availability is now adjusted accordingly.
• Fix: If the VPS checkbox is unchecked, the associated VPS technician will now be made available online again.
